Divorce / annulment case

My brother got married in 16th June 2019 and considering the fact that the family of bride is alleging us of doing the torcher which we consider to be the responsibility of the bride. Please suggest how can we get a divorce or do the annulment of this marriage. Note that the bride is not ready to accept the divorce.

In case we don't want to keep the bride at our home, Can they file the case against us and under what section?

Note - Note that we have a reason for not keeping the bride with us. The reason is their improper intentions as they recorded our phone call. Secondly, their hatred towards the family/in-laws.

Please explain in details and let me know if any other details are required from my side.

First post your query with identity, take help of elders from both families in case nothing comes out then wait one year from date of marriage then file divorce in competent court
