Divorce agreed by both parties in mediation center

sir,

Petition filed by the petitioner under sec 13(1) 1-a, 1-b of hindu marriage and divorce act 1955

After both parties where went to mediation center and agreed for divorce and the respondent (husband) paid some amount as full and final settlement to the petitioner (wife) and both where filled Chief affidivits.

No opposition by  both parties

Are there any judgments to grant divorce in favour of petitioner in this case?

Well in such case you need to file joint petition under 13 (b) of Hindu Marriage Act, stating the same as terms and conditions of divorce and get them divorced.

If the present has been lying there for more than 6 months, pray the court by both parties for converting it into 13B (mutual divorce petition) so that you can get the 6 months waiver.
