Divorce

Wife filed for maintenance before the family court and was granted maintenance of 25000. Husband filed a revision in High court stating that he has HUF business where he is the coparcener and earning a salary of 15000 only. High court reduced the maintenance amount to 15000. So how can I defend this claim?

If you earn 15000 monthly, then no need to pay 15000 for maintenance.

Just keep your salary slip, your fixed expenditure, your health bill etc and file revision petetion Court will understand your expenses then give verdict.

Generally max 25% of husband salary is given to wife as maintenance.
