Division of property among brothers

Let alone possible,  it's mandatory if any brother or brothers attain the age of eighteen and demands or demand.

No, they a can make WILL but that will be effective after parents life time.

Parents can give there share as gift deed.

I forgot to write in my previous Reply, provided it's ancestral property.

If it's ancestral property, parents can bequethe only their share.

If it's self earned property, parents can dispose it of as they like provided all their children pass the age of eighteen.

In such case parents needn't give share but provide for maitenance and marriage of those children who're under eighteen.

If the parents don't provide for such maintenance, such children can sue the person who receives the property for maintenance.
