Division of property

My property is ancestral property. My father died in estate. My father has given a well constructed house in posh area at abt 7 cents to my sister and it is registered to my sister by way of gift deed in the year 2010 By my mother . My property is where iam residing is 5 cents. My sister filed a suit for half from my share .My father died in 1997 andmy mother died in 2016. My sister filed a partition claiming in my property . Both are ancestral properties

Mr. Vijay, your father constructed a house in 0.07 cents. Is this property is his own?   Or did your father construct the house in his ancestral land?  Did your mother gift the house constructed by your father?  your querly requires full facts regarding the properties if any self acquired and also ancestral. How many legal heirs of your father>

In Ur name there is David &Vijay or u Hindu or Christian .if u r Christian it doesn't recognises ancestral property .then she has right to file partition if he died intestate.
