She may! She can!

Is the proeprty self earned by grandfather or ancestral?

Engage intervention of neutral and sensible elders and resolve the matter.

Take good care of Grandfather in his last leg of life.

the property is self acquired and ancestral both. My grandfather is saying i will not give you a single peace of land. I will debarred you from my property. Can we file a suit in court against this. Plz tell me procedure

The grandfather can give away his self acquired property to anyone in his life time.

If he deceases without leaving a WILL then his legally wedded wife, children shall have equal share in his self acquired proeprty.

The ancestral property can be partitioned.

It shall be best if differences are sorted out amicably.

You may consult an able lawyer dealing in property/revenue/family/civil matters.
