DEAR SIRS/MADAM.
Myself sithu working as a teacher (Age:36). In 1982 my mother for the welfare of her brother , purchased 2 acres of land and gave to his brother for his earnings(since he does not have job).
My uncle improved himself and his family by utilizing our land. (Now My uncle daughter is working in MNC).
While asking the land, now he is not returning. We filed a case in anti land grabbing section & there, he is demanding 50% of the land freely or otherwise asking my mother to go to civil court .
All the documents are in my mother’s name patta, cittadangal, registration, tax receipt etc…
Now I have some doubts:
1. what type of action anti land grabbing section can take at it maximum power?
2.Original registration documents are with my uncle.(Documents are in my mother’s name).
3.In that 2 acres ,,1.5 acres was registered & for remaining 0.5acres original agreement (1982) is with my mother. What to do next?
4.How long it will take to complete in civil court?.
5.Is it possible to take the possession? without interference of my uncle.
