Disown my son

How can you disown your son? You can only dis-inherit him. When you say disown it means your wife got him from somewhere else. Dis-inherit him by making a Will in favour of someone else of your property or by Newspaper notice as public announcement or gifting or making private trust of your property to someone else that was to be inherited by your son.
