Dismissal of application for witness recall u/s 311 crpc

Dear Experts,

My application for recall of a witness u/s 311 CrPC has been dismissed on 05 Feb 2019 by JMIC. I want to challange this order at High Court u/s 482 CrPC. Please advise what is the time limit to challenge dismissal at High Court u/s 482 CrPC.

I am from side of the accused and we applied for recall of one of prosecution witness for further cross-examination.
