One of my friends who is a small contractor posed a very tricky question. i.e what a common man can do if a sitting judge threatens to put him behind bars for the reason the common man wanted his legitimate dues from the judge? I explained him everything about constitutional arrangements but I failed to satisfy him what a common man can do? His agrument was there would be No police help, No complaint in courts, so on..Any help to my friend.
