I have been studying in london for most of my life and the name in my report card is in the format of Name and Surname. Recently for the past few years im in india and i here the report cards bear the name format Surname Name and Fathers Name. I will be giving my 10th boards of the IGCSE curriculum (cambridge curriculm). There also the name is in the format of Surname Name and Fathers Name. In my passport, and other documents my name is without fathers name. I have a british passport. Will this have a future consequence? Also is there any way to prove tht both name formats are of the same person?
