Dear experts
I have filed devorce case in my hometown and my cross and evidence were completed. As she did not appeared n next hearing, judge closed her evidence and gave final arguement date.
On final argument date, she produced high court order where she filed transfer application for this case in her hometown and stay order till next hearing in high court which is in mid december.Both hometown are in same state.
1) At this final argument stage, what are the chances for getting this case transfered in her home town where 498a, DV pending ?
2) Further She has filed mediation also in her transfer petition, which HC has ordered in Mid november in HC, is it compulsory to attend this mediation process now ? is it worth ?
