Development Agreement

I have a plot measuring 416 sq yards and I have for development with GPA at 50:50. Now builder has constructed 6 flats. I have three flats and builder also have three. Do I need to register my flats on my name ?

Obviously Mr.Haranath, you must register the flats of your share... because your are stating that you have entered into joint developement as 50:50 ratio.. so exactly half share is yours and you have to identify your flats among the development in order to hold/possess the said 3 flats, for alienation in future registration is must for both you and your builder.
