Hi,
I have 416 sq yards plot at Hyderabad. I gave it for development at 50:50. We entered into development agreement and same was not registered. We have now 6 flats and we clearly mentioned which three belongs to whom in development agreement. Now builder has built penthouse and applied for regularisation which is pending.
1. Builder says that after regularisation , we decide who will own pent house. After that he says that we will correct development agreement mentioning pent house.
2. Do we need to register development agreement after this correction?
3. As owner I got three flats. Do I need to register them on my name ?
Can anyone answer my questions.
