Hi All,
Can any one confirm if law firm LLP can appoint designated partner in similar way of appointing Director in Company. For ex: Can designated partner be a employee of law firm LLP who manage day to day administrative activities of LLP but not a partner in LLP?

Designated partner is like working partner who are actively involved in operations.
