Deputation rules

What are the rules applicable for deputation of  Governemnt employees ? Can a person working in AP social welfare society can be deputed for Andhra University faculty? If so is there any time period of continuation? From where he/she should take the salary from?

There are different set of rules for various departments. You need to get it from the department concerned
