My tenant didn't complied the conditional order to pay rental arrears, but he got two extension and filed RCA also filed stay petition for RCOP and it is posted for order in first hearing.
Is court will ask him to deposit 50% of the Arrears or without paying arrears will they accept his appeal.

Ask 50% of arrears and then only admit the appeal.
