Demand notice under section 2-a

Dear Senior's
Greetings of the day!!

Recently we received Demand notice under Sec 2-A from one of our employee who was relieved from services after the full and final settlement with him.Some of his demand were:

1.Termination without notice as he has completed 240 days in org. where he was appointed as a Technical Consultant.

2. His services were confirmed and again vide agreement he was engaged for five years but reduced for one year. Not attendance was marked .

3.No notice was issued to the workman and said termination was illegal and violates section 25-G&H of I.D. Act.

4.The the post of technician is still vacant and it is pertinent to mention here that the promotion of the workman was due and he was promised for a higher wages but suddenly without rhyme or reason.

5.No compensation was given to the workman at the time of termination of his services.

Through this notice, i call upon to reinstate the workman and the termination be withdrawn and regular wages be given to the workman till the pendency  of litigation along with continuation of service with full back wages be also granted.
 This is the summary of the demand notice.  Please guide and suggest.
