Delhi - Division of courts( family )

Good Morning mentors

I have a Small query.
Somebody told me that every disctrict court would be having a family court. Can somebody tell me the timelines . Would Rohini also have a family court ?

If I file a case at Tis Hazari now  , would it be transferred to Rohini ? How long does it take to transfer a case .

My residence is in Rohini

Please do advice , how to proceed

Thanks a lot mentor for ur time

Regards

You can meanwhile file your cases in Tis Hazari and when the bifurcation takes place, cases belonging to north -west Delhi shall be automatically transferred to Rohini Courts. Supreme Court has already ruled in favour of bifurcation of civil courts. The decision may be implemented soon.
