My tenant filed RCA on conditional order to pay rental arrears. He got interim stay till next RCA hearing on RCOP Eviction order.
We are done with argument on RCA, and his lawyer is not arguing the matter instead he has taken three dates.
My lawyer says we requested for stay vacation.
My Q's are,
1.How long tenant lawyer can get dates like this?
2.If stay vacated without his argument, will he file CRP and will they provide stay immediately?
3.Since my execution is pending, as soon as stay vacated whether Exec court will provide Exec order if their stay application is pending in High court?
