Delay in order pronouncement.

As per law, within what periods of the ISU NCDRC required to pronounce an order after the date on which the judgement on the case is reserved? If the complainants are a disabled person and a Senior Citizen respectively , are they entitled to any special consideration for quick disposal of their case by NCDRC?

There is no such time frame fixed and it depends on complications of the issue as issues connected with technical and medical practices has to be studied.  Certainly, on receiving such application the cases of Senior citizen gets priority in proceedings as all other litigation matters with several courts.
