Defamation

Hello everyone, I want to file criminal as well as civil defamation cases, kindly let me know the procedure to file petition. I'm fighting my case as party in person.

Ur right sir, but we are harassed by false 498a. Roaming around courts for more than 600 km up and 600 km down journey to attend criminal and divorce cases ... Can't afford lawyer... Out of money... Wat shall I do?

If your 498 A is false prove the same and get exonerated by filing aWrit in Highcourt and get the FIR quashed.If you want to file civil defamation such as Libel or slander gather evidence and f ile. You'd get damages. File setcion 500 IPC Criminal defamation cases against your wife.
