I have a Canon DSLR with me which I posted on an online portal for rental and I've been getting quite a few interested parties. Is it legal to rent my gear without registering it up as a rental business? Also, should a situation arise, what is the best way to prove that during the period
of rental, the equipment wasnt with me. As in, if the other person uses my camera for some shady activities, whats the best way to prove the said item was not in my possession during the perod?
