Sir's, i am planning on filing a declaration suit for some property that i inherited in andhra pradesh. I do not have the required documents pertaining to the property, like a title document etc. I am wondering, what kind of documents are required by the court when filing a declaration suit? Thanks in advance for any guidance.

You need to prove documents for your rights.Be it original or certified copy of the registry and encumbrance certificate to prove your title.
