Dealership termination

To all my Advocate friends

I want to know Whether the Dealership agreement can be terminated by just giving 60 days prior Notice?

Is the termination is legal and justifiable?

Whether such type of termiantion can be challanged as against natural justice and no specific reason for termination is given?

Whether such standardised form of caontract which a big esatablishements got signed while givin dealership are tenanble?

Whether it can be challenged through Competition Act and whehher we loose right to file civi;l suit and criminal complaint because of filling a complaint before competition commission?

you need to see the terms and conditions of the agreement executed by the parties. did the company violated any terms and conditions for termination??? you need to provide copy of the agreement and the communications exchanged, if any. if you chose anyone forum, then you cannot go to another forum for the same dispute.
