Daughters right in fathersproperty

My father died in 2001 Later on my sisters added their names in the property. considering latesr judgement 16 Oct 2015 given by Hon supreme court that if father dis before 2005 daughters do not have equal right in the property.

Can I appeal to city survey office for cancellation names my sisters.

Sir,

 

If the property was the self acquired property of the father, then they have the right in the property despite the fact of death before 2005, becasue 2005 amandments act focus was to bring a change in the ansectral property and not self acquired property of the person.
