When you filed divorce case, then why allowed your wife to stay in your home. She has strong ground to file case on you and your family.
you and your family has to attened first hearing. from next hearings you can file abcent petiton. This case goes on years.. be relax. contact good lawyer.
She will file maintenance case also. Be prepared for that, try to find where she is working and get her job and income details, it will be helpful for you.
