I had purchased plot in 2017 from A.
A had 7/12 in his name at the time of purchase mentioned that he had obtained the plot from Chairman Housing society. A also had a partition certificate of 1988 in his name from Chairman Housing society. I had done my mutation, 7/12 extract in my name after registered sale deed.I also done property search report after sale deed for previous 13 years which is clear.
Now after 30 years person B claims on plot I purchased from A.
B had a registered sale deed with person C in 1987 for the same plot . B is also claiming that C is the member of the society.Both B and C
had not done their 7/12 extract and mutation entries after and before sale deed. At present Chairman is died and Housing society registration
is cancelled. Now what to do please suggest???
