Dear Ya_Ta,

Go and speak to his courtmaster or meet him in his chamber.

Best Regards

Daksh

It seems the Judge has fallen in Love with your Book and do not wish to part with it. Just be patient and politely remind him of your book and also think of the suggestions given by the members.

It is better to see him in chamber. take his mobile no. and remind him before leaving for court. I don't think complaint will solve your case.

Although you have right to complain before CJ High court but for that you must have enough proof of delivery of book.

Well Judge never give me the recipt of book

even we tired to give book with an affideviat that my friend is providing this book because he order us verbally, but he refused to take

I dont think my frined adovate became witness that he saw giving us book ?

Hi,

As suggested earlier, it is not advisable to file complant without enough evidence.  You may see the judge in chamber, get his mobile no and remind him. I don't think a judge will not return the book by using force/authority. There may some confusion which will be removed by personal meeting. See him in peson before  drawing conclusion or deciding some other mode.

meet the judge directly in his chamber and ask for your book.

How do we address the Judge?

My Lord

Your Worship

Your Honour

Your Grace

etc. etc.

So if the Lord has taken the book, why crib?

Hi

I go to Judge Cabin He said come with your lawyer.

but lawyer told me that he dont have time on monday he will go later & talk to judge.

today when i go again he said judge is trasferred, so i go to again court room & ask clerk they said judge is transferred , so i said "oh now i have to compliant about my book"

then clerk reacted fast & ask the peon to search book again .

now the book is found in 1 min :)

Moral of The Story : In India What ever u do make it in writing & don't forget even judge is corrupted in india Thats y we call in lok tantra

Could you please post the details of the cyber law book.  I find it is something worth having in one's shelf as even judges get attracted to the book.  Please disclose the author of that book.

just complain to the District Judge of your Area.
