It is common that in Bangalore or almost everywhere we can see traffic police will be extending their hands to get bribes from drivers or two wheeler riders. Even if people have all vehicle documents like vehicle Insurance, Emission Test certificate, RC Book and License, sometimes they forget to carry with them. That time traffic police catch them and ask for documents and when people fail to produce documents, they are likely to pay heavy fine say for example Rs.1000. But after some conversation with traffic police both will come to conclusion that police ask for Rs.500 and both will be happy without any receipt of fine. To avoid this there should be an option in traffic police website to upload all your vehicle documents for particular vehicle so that traffic police can check for valid documents online any how they will be having black berry which have internet connectivity.
