There are 9 members in the 498a criminal case. We would like to file the petition to make one person to attend for all the adjournments on behalf of remainming members. Remaining members will attend if the magistrate orders to attend for any specific adjournment for any enquiry.
Is it required to wait until the cross examination to file for the crpc 205 petition for dispense with personal attendance ? (OR) can the crpc 205 be filed before cross examination?
