Sir,
Director of a pvt ltd company has files a criminal case in 2004. During the process, as per Companies Act, 2013, the company's status is 'strike off'.
Now 1. The case will continue as it is, or
2. He (being individually also grieved) can continue as individual?
'Strike Off' does mean hibernation? Can revive in 20 years from 2013?
