What is the law if a person commits a crime when he is on bail? (appealing to the upper level court). The person who was jailed for a finance fraud and got out of the jail by appeal and is on bail now. He has commited another fraud , the FIR needs to be filed yet. Can the bail get revoked in this case and will he go back to jail?

It is a misuse of bail. Lodge police complaint and if complaint is already there then collect the proof and fikle necessary application for cancellation of bail.

You can file fresh police complaint and simultanously you can file application for cancellation of bail.
