Hi,
One of my friend was using credit card, at the time of he wants to close his credit card account he cleared all the debts against bank. But still bank asking the payment which he has been already cleared.
Please advise where he can suit case against bank ?

Ask the bank to supply the bill by Redg. Post.
Reply with proof of payment.
