Cousin marriage

I and a girl fall in love and both wants to marry but the problem is that she is my mother's cousin sister's daughter, my maternal grandfather and her maternal grandfather are real brother. So please tell me, can we marry legally?

You have not mentioned your religion, which religion or community you belong to. Different religions have different opinions or schools to solemnize their marriage.

Which personal law applies in the said matter e.g; Hindu !

Is there any custom in the community for such marriages?

Consider the custom as proven custom.

Both of you have common ancestor up the 4th generation on the mother's side. Under law you are not sapindas. Hence you can marry.
