Court verdict unchallenged for 12 years

Dear Sir/Madam,

A court verdict unchallenged for 12 years will come into effect. Defendant has no knowledge about the court verdict(123) at all. Court verdict(exparty) was obtained by the plaintiff because the defendant never appealed or challenged in the court as defendant was never intimated about the case(no notice served).

In between this 12 years the defendant has challenged the sale of the property by the plaintiff and got the verdict in defendant's favour. Plaintiff never mentioned about the earlier court verdict(123).

Also defendant executed a will in favor of sons and defendant died later. Will came in to effect 3 years ago. Plaintiff never challenged the will also. Now The plaintiff has sold another part of the property and says that plaintiff is the owner because defendant never challenged the court verdict - 123.

Can we say that plaintiff fradulantly got the verdict -123, and also willfully hid about the verdict 123 from the defendant's knowledge? Please clarify me.

Thanks for your time and valuable advice.

Sri.
