Is a government officer allowed to sit inside the district court during session when he is about to be examined as a witness or respondent ?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate) 26 June 2014
There is nothing wrong in he sitting inside the court hall except that if the previous witness statements are being recorded in his presence which may have influence on his evidence, then he may be asked to leave the court hall.
