Court guardian

One of the legal heir in my partition suit is a minor and his mother is ex-party. Therefore the court has appointed a lawyer as court guardian. But this court guardian is not coming to the court. I have paid the fees for this court guardian also. What will happen now? The court will appoint another court guardian? or it will go ahead. Please advise.

It is purely within the power of the Court to retain the Guardian or appoint another Guardian replacing the earlier one as per the Guardian and Wards Act.

Yes if the court guardian is not representing the interests of the minor properly then you can file an application that guardian be changed.

Why can't the judge give minor's share to the minor. I am not claiming minor's share. From the documents we have submitted to the court like 7/12, any body can make it what is the share of a minor.  We are not claiming minor's share at all.
