Court case is pending in india can i apply passport because

i m idris mohmmed .i have court case is pending in india can i apply passport because i'm going Hajj and Umrah.

please help me.

You just furnish the details in the application form that a criminal case is pending in the court and that would not stop you from issuance of Passport. Court can only stop you to travel abroad but that has nothing to do with issuence of Passport. Go ahead.
