If Court which does not have any jurisdiction in the case, then how do we prevent the court from passing any order????..

Thankyou Sir for the guidance.....

All events had happened in Mumbai (Thane) but the girl just to torcher has filed divorce petition at delhi...Supreme court dismissed our transfer petition without much investigation...

So will high court be able to put "a full stop" on delhi court issues...To top it all bombay HC takes several months to file a case....

Pls suggest an appropriate way.
