Is there any supreme court ruling which is applicable to couple working in a government job.
I am working in a PSU and my wife is working in a state goverment job. is there any ruling which states that the PSU concern is directed to provide the job to one member of family near other?

how this question came to your mind?
there is no such supreme court ruling. it is not possible also. every person get govt job by virtue of his/her own.
perhaps one jelous and stupid friend told you - i guess.

I Think u had not understood my question
My question is that i am working in a psu recently transfered to some other state. My wife is working in punjab. Is PSU liable to provide me posting in Punjab on account of any supreme court ruling.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. PSU IS NOT BOUND TO KEEP YOU POSTED AT ANY PARTICULAR PLACE SIMPLY BECAUSE YOUR WIFE IS EMPLOYED THERE. It can be there sweetwill or mercy and not a right of you.
