THIS IS UNFORTUNITE THING BUT THERE SHOULD BE STRICT LAW AND CONTROAL OVER HIGHER JUDICERY AND ONCE HIGHER JUDICERY GET CHAPRAK THEN EVERY THING WILL BE SOLVE.THIS IS FACT AND THERE SHOULD BE PROVISION TO PROCECUTE HIGHER JUDICERY.IF ALL LAWYERS UNITE WE CAN DEMAND JUDICIAL OFFICERS ACT.LIKE ADVOCATES ACT.
