Corpus fund for housing society

hi All,

I'm part of a community with 174 flats in Cyberabad. We had General Body Meeting where it was decided with majority that all units (irrespective of sft size) would pay a flat corpus amount of Rs.60,000 and an additional Rs.40,000 towards attaining manjeera water connection.

My question is that

a) is it legal for General body to decide that all units should pay same corpus irrespective of size?

b) out of 174 units, only 10 units have defaulted on payments. What legal action can we take against them,

Please provide your guidance on my questions.

If the resolution to collect he said corpus fund from all members was taken at the behest of all members unanimously passing the same, it is an obligation on all the members to pay them, The secretary can issue notice to the defaulting member demanding with interest quoting the binding resolution pased n this regard in the general body meeting.
