Conversion of company into partnership

How to convert a Pvt Limited Company into a PartnerShip Firm? I have a family held Pvt Limited Company. I would like to convert it into a a PartnerShip Firm? How can this be done. Thanks

 Wait for the notification of the limited liablity partnership act. There is a provision for conversion there.
