1. The damages that arose from such arbitrary decision of the sr. person need to be compensated by such person and explanation from such sr. person be sought by the competent higher authorities. You need to have elaborate discussion among the board directors of the company.Refer to the M.O.U of the company and trace if such sr, person is liable for loss caused due to his arbitrary decision.
