Is Opposite party can file Execution application before the Ld. Forum to execute the Ld. Forum's Judgment?

Sir,

Please read sec 25 and sec 27 of Consumer Protection Act, it clearly states that if the the judgement is passed in favour of opposite party, on non complaince they can file an execution application against the complainant. If the application is not accepted they can appeal in higher commission.
