Consumer Complaint

Dear Experts,

I had taken one online air package from alpfly (a travelling agency) in Jan 2017

after taking this I realised it is too expensive and requester for refund.I raised my request as per the policy of company.

since Feb17, they are keep saying there is technical issue in their system and refund will be raised soon.

I send registered letter to their address but no reply even it has delivered to them.

claim amount is around 35k INR

can you please help me to file the case to consumer court.

also can i claim for harassment for this.

vendor and me both are delhi based.

yes you can complain against said alpfly company for compensation and harrasement claim . Please collect all necessary documents wich includes bill, your mail, companies reply about claim , your notice etc and go to nearest advocate for filing complaint . You can Individualy file complaint but finding advocate is more better instead of.

You can file complaint before the District Consumer Forum having jurisdiction over the area of the travel agent.
