Any family member can file a complaint in the consumer court, if there is a connection in the name of the boy, the father can file a case in the consumer court

In consumer court only Consumers can apply who is actual consumed that service and not satisfied.

But if minor factor arise then sure parents or other legal can assist the complaint.
