In Ghaziabad, a family trust is formed within a family for construction and management of a temple. Head of the family own this land which is transferred to the Trust . This land is located within a residential premises. What would be the formalities required.. Seek your early response.

For construction and maintenance of a Prayer hall , the permission from District Collector is mandatory. Once application has been filed before him, the revenue officials make inspection and investigate and make inquiries with local residents for any objections, and if there are no objections, permission will be granted. It is always better to register the temple as society or chartiable institution.
