Condem of High Court Order

Hi All, There is a quashe which was filled against a FIR in High Court, Delhi.
Now the court has order the police stay on the further proceedings  on 22 april 2008 till the next date of hiring 8th may 2008, meanwhile on 2nd of may 2008, the IO has filed the chargesheet, now on the 8th of may the court has asked for the reason why ? Chargesheet has been filed inspite of the order from the State and IO....

In Reply to this, IO has demanded unconditional apologies from the court that she(IO) did not notice the "Stay"..... Pls. let me know how to proceed further in this open case!

Pls. reply Thanks, Shekhar

Ignorance of law and court order by an IO is not an excuse. You proceed as it is. If there is no merit in the charge you can move for quashing the charge.
